Return & Refund Policy

Beferel does not offer returns or refunds. Since all orders are prepaid, we do not process cash or bank refunds under any circumstances, including cancellations after an order is placed.

We do offer exchanges — see our Exchange Policy below.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos/video of the product, and we'll arrange a free exchange or replacement.

Exchange Policy

We're happy to offer exchanges on all eligible orders.

• Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
• Exchanges are subject to size/style availability. If your preferred size/style is out of stock, we'll issue store credit instead.
• To start an exchange, email/DM us your order number and the item you'd like to exchange it for.
• Shipping for exchanges: FREE
