1. Prepaid orders only — full payment is required at checkout; we do not accept COD.
2. Pricing & availability — all prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse any order.
3. Order accuracy — please double-check size, address, and contact details before placing your order; Beferel is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
4. Exchanges only, no refunds — as outlined in our Exchange Policy; we do not offer monetary refunds.
5. Product images — colors may vary slightly from the images shown due to screen/lighting differences.
6. Intellectual property — all content on this site (designs, photos, copy, logo) belongs to Beferel and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Governing law — these terms are governed by the laws of India.
